We reserve the right to update and change our Terms of Service with 14 days' notice. Any new features that improve, enhance, or change the current service, including the release of new tools and resources, will be subject to our Terms of Service. It is essential to keep your account and password secure. Please note that Fixturr is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur if you fail to do this. You are responsible for all content and activity under your account, including content posted by others who have access to your login credentials or logins under your account.
If you are a school located in the European Union, the UK, or Switzerland, please note that we may have a separate agreement with your school called a Data Processing Agreement that outlines additional rules for handling data from teachers, students, and other users associated with the school. If you agree to these terms, our standard Data Processing Agreement will be considered part of these terms unless we have a separate written agreement.
At Fixturr, we take inappropriate content seriously. We expect users to upload content that is appropriate, does not violate any laws, and respects the rights of others. If we discover that a user has violated these guidelines, we reserve the right to remove the content or cancel the user's access to Fixturr without notice.
While we strive to provide accurate information on our platform, we do not verify the accuracy of information about fixtures, results, or other events. We ask our users to take responsibility for ensuring that the information they upload is accurate. If you come across any inaccuracies, please inform your school or the school responsible for inputting the information so that they can make the necessary corrections. Please note that we are not responsible for any issues that may arise from incorrect information.
Fixturr provides links to other websites for your convenience. However, we do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, products, or services provided by these sites. Additionally, we are not liable for any errors or omissions on these sites, and we cannot guarantee the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the resources provided by third-party websites.
If you use a free version of one of our Services, you do not need to pay or provide credit card information. Free trials for paid Services come with a specific trial period, and you will need to pay to continue using the service after the trial ends. If you upgrade from a free to a paid plan, your billing cycle will start on the day of the upgrade. If you make any other changes to your plan, the new rate will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Please note that payment for paid Services is non-refundable. We may change the prices for our products and Services, and if we do so, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or by posting a message on our websites or Services. You'll be charged the new price starting from the next billing cycle.
Your subscription with Fixturr will automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. You are responsible for paying any taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges associated with your use of our Services. You agree to pay us for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and fees.
If we are unable to process payment from the payment method you provided, we may suspend or cancel your subscription or access to our Services until payment is made. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time by following the instructions on our website or contacting our customer support team.
We take the security of your payment information seriously and use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for ensuring the security of your payment information, such as keeping your account information confidential and not sharing it with others.

Fixturr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we suspect that you have violated our Terms of Service related to our Services. In such cases, we may also remove or delete any of your content associated with the account.
You agree to indemnify and hold Fixturr, its affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms of Service, your violation of any rights of another, or your breach of any applicable law or regulation.

To the fullest extent permissible according to applicable law, Fixturr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Fixturr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not Fixturr has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and Fixturr agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without the prior written consent of Fixturr.

The failure of Fixturr to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies or documents referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fixturr and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Fixturr (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these Terms of Service).
